Restaurants actually get written up because there’s a cockroach. This is Florida kiddos. There’s always cockroaches. I’d rather have a couple cockroaches than spraying pesticide everywhere.
I dealt with enough stupid EPA regulations when I owned a dry cleaners. I had inspectors who came in and didn’t even know where the dry cleaning machine was. I would never own a restaurant.
