Owner Snowbirds: have zero trademark indication. Cool summers with a lake you can swim in and live to tell. Happy they got to see the leaves turn colors, sad they raked. Smiles all around that they have the best of both worlds, for their lifestyle.
It’s slowly getting around but so called “snowbird owners” are know as Sunbirds. They own property in TV and many claim to be Florida residents for obvious purposes. Sunbirds go north for a few months to get away from the hot humid summers in Florida. Pretty nice lifestyle!
