We recently had a Jeep Wrangler that was a lemon. We weren't getting much satisfaction from the dealership so I figured out the email address format for Stellantis and emailed all their top executives about our issue (several times). I also posted our story to several social media outlets (linkedIn, Facebook, etc). They quickly had a Customer Care Manager reach out to us and ended up buying the Jeep back from us. Don't know if this would work for you - we had a pretty compelling story (Jeep was at the dealership for service for over 4 months...).
