OP, do your homework and make sure the new LED headlights are complete units, I have seen units that have external driver circuitry. The plug (or socket) will probably be different so you will need to confirm the wiring for the correct connections. Finally, double check the current requirements for the new headlights these should be lower than the existing headlights (incandescent or halogen) but you want to be sure. Also if you do not get an entire assembly the same as the existing headlamps, you will need to verify the physical size.

I forgot to mention, motorcycle driving lights (LED) are sold in pairs, and one works very well on the golf carts, I found a nice set for under $20 on Amazon, easy to install, and I placed on a separate circuit and switch, and if pointed correctly these do not blind oncoming drivers and these are DOT approved.
