Snowbirds living in The Villages pay the same as full time residents in regard to amenity fees, bonds, insurance, property taxes, school taxes & more, ???????????

Really I don’t think so. I don’t believe all snowbirds own here and for $50 for a guest resident pass is ridiculously low considering the amount of taxes and amenity fees us owners do pay and if they are renting the owner of that property doesn’t even get that money to go towards the amenity fees they are paying the winner winner chicken dinner again are the developers so snowbird renters do not pay the same as an owner think about it.


however I do love my snowbird friends.
