Driving around with head lights on high beams is a traffic violation everywhere in United States. (Most news cars now have automatic high beams that will automatically switch to low beams within 100 foot or so to. on coming traffic) just not enforced very often especially around here with little enforcement. Also any off road lights attached to from of vehicle have to be covered up on highway/roads, can only be used off roading. Not worry hardly no enforcement around here.
