I’m sure they have statistics (demand for rounds of golf played versus the other northern Championship courses) that lead them to believe charging a higher rate won’t have a negative impact on the revenue the course will generate. Compared to Southern Oaks and Shallow Creek, Palmer is a huge bargain for the same price. Southern Oaks and Shallow Creek can get away with the premium rates because of the different supply and demand equation south of 44.
