The statement absolutely is true. I have no idea whether that plaza is owned by the Developer or not. If it is not owned by the Developer then it is a breach that I was not aware of, making my statement true.
So let’s try this a different way. Other than those two areas and possibly the 7-11 and Shooter’s World at Powell Rd, what retail areas not owned by the Developer are golf cart accessible from the Villages? Trailwinds Village, Freedom Plaza, and McDonalds/Sparr/Signature Village are three that appear to have been intentionally kept inaccessible.
