A couple words of caution, if you are installing the fan in an NEW location you need a licensed electrician to run the NEW wiring. If you are installing in place of a can light the typical mounting for a light is NOT rated for the weight of a fan. You may be able to remove the light and install an OLD WORK fan bracket (Lowes or Home Depot) that can hold 75 to 150 pounds depending on how it is installed.
I agree with the recommendation for the TV install, with the additional note that if the wires are to be hidden in the wall there are restrictions on how this is done, personally I have used the surface mount (120vac rated) and painted to match the wall.
