Morels are notoriously difficult to grow because they require specific earth temperatures at each part of their life cycle as well as soil with specific decaying wood. They often also require a symbiotic relationship with other plants. And there is over 1000 different species of morels.

But a lot of people enjoy trying to grow them at home. If you would really like to try this then I would suggest you download the reddit app, join (it’s free) and search the “mycology” forum. There you can find lots of similar minded people trying to grow morels and learn about what has and has not worked for them. Reddit is a good resource for information on how to do almost anything.
