You hit nail on head, I don’t shop much and when I do I don’t buy 25 dollar plus cakes or 10 dollar pound of bacon. Due to my frugalness I have lost 2 pounds last month. I usually buy cup cake for my birthday…

That way I don’t have bunch of cake to eat.
