Yes, please read that link, "Quantum Fiber Awful Service" and you will find out the person who was complaining had a unique problem that I was able to fix in about an hour. There have been some what I call "Questionable Installs" but I created a thread here on Talk of the Villages to help people identify all the potential issues and their fixes so you don't always need to call Quantum support. I've found if you are installed correctly, the system will run without issue and when something happens, since no service is 100%, its usually easy to correct.
