There is no way changing to a higher speed will cause your actual speeds to slow down unless there is a problem with the provisioning when Quantum made the change in their back office. What I suggest is plug in your laptop directly into the main box and measure your speed. If it’s not close to 940 download and upload then call quantum and they will fix that. If you want, you can pm me and I’ll be happy to stop by and help you troubleshoot the problem. if you are getting the correct speeds by plugging into the main pod, then I would suggest unplugging all the remote pods and plugging each one back in one at a time As someone said you may have too many pods and they are interfering with each other.
