I also needed a plumber for a clogged drain (whole house) when I was away and could not be there. First called TV water district and they came and checked from the road to the house, and said that was clear. Then I went to the Virginia Trace web site and the "good services list."

I called SS&S Plumbing Michael Smith 352-636-3819 16+ yrs experience and he took care of the problem. He was quick to respond, priced fairly, and did a great job. Sometime after that I needed someone to fix a problem with a toilet that was not anchored properly. He came again, was responsive, priced fair and solved the problem. He could have made a big project out of this problem by replacing the flange on the drain pipe. Instead he used a spanner kit made to resolve this type problem at a much lower cost. I would highly recommend him.

I have found the Virginia Trace "good services" list to be an excellent source of reliable contractors.
