I have read the current threads for Quantum Fiber but they a too detailed. I do have the WiFi 7 from Quantum Fiber, 940 Mbps.

We got Quantum Fiber in October and I have not been able to use my Ring Doorbell or my RoboVac. I have tried to update the WiFi for each of them many times but neither recognizes my new wifi. , and Quantum told me everything needs to be compatible with Wpa3 (??)

- RoboVac is 2 years old
- Ring Doorbell is 4 years old.

Has anyone experienced trouble with Quantum Fiber wifi not able to work with products? I really don't want to buy new products.
