We seem to like our toys. The Villages been here for roughly 12 years. Lawn care? First time in my life that the guy that mowed my lawn was not ME. In fact in high school I had a lawn mowing. snow shoveling business. Probably not much potential for snow shoveling in the villages.
Aside. sprinklers. I used to used a Melnore sprinkler,the type with the bar that goes back and forth. Mine was at least 25 years old and still working. For toys they make timers that simply thread onto the faucet. I did buy one. OOPS left out in the winter it freezes and cracks. Also not a Villages problem.
Your deal with Massy IS very reasonable. That 20 each is probably what the parts cost. I expect what you pay is in addition to,other work you pay for
