That's not a useful way of determining much at all.
Take my street for example, I live on a street of exactly 12 homes. Two of the people on my street are here 12 months of the year, the rest have a primary residences "up north" but spend 3-6 months at their homes in TV. Only one of the 12 rents their place out and only for a few months per year. On paper, 10 of us live somewhere else.
