We made arrangements to have work done the following week and 30 mins after appt he called saying he had problems and would show the “next” day. The next day came and went with us waiting all day only to have him not show up or even call.

It amazes me the people that could care less about reputation much less keeping customers.

We have since hired another company “VIllage Palms” who were reliable, courteous, on time and did a fantastic job.
