It seems that Ryan Homes anlmost andjacent to the Villages are touting their new townhouses as custom built with amenities $200,000 one floor living yaada yaada…. But then
They use Villages hot spots for their sales pitch! “Just minutes to The Lighthouse in Sumter Landing” or nearby “Enjoy Spanish Springs…”. A different builder riding the coattails of the Developer.
Will this be a positive or negative for us? Is this even legal? Certainly not ethical.

In very early years and in the newer squares Businesses rely on “Outsiders” for income especially off season. I can remember In April 07 going to SS theatre and 1/2 of the room was under 30. (Not a children movie) The square had mix of older and much younger people everywhere, with restaurants packed, people shopping and of course the line to Enter KBs.
We never spent much time in LSL, but few time we did there was always a younger crown.
Brownwood has always had young gens, mixing with residents, in restaurants and squares.
Squares are public, bet the business are thrilled to have more “Outside people spending money”
