They're doing what every large home builder would do and should do ... pointing out the convenience and benefits of their location.

The Villages doesn't own the squares or the environment, nor most of the convenient retail stores (they may own the brick & mortar, but they depend on non-Villagers to spend money).

If you build homes near the ocean, would you point out it's location? If you built homes, 5 miles from the Mall of America, would you promote its proximity to shopping?

But you miss out on all the clubs here so not for us.
