Are those independent living facilities independent of the Villages or are do the facilities sit on Villages property? (Google maps and cart trails imply they are on Villages property)
Hammock Oaks is not on Villages property, it is just one of several new developments in this area. Is there any reason to believe *ANYONE* that is not a Villages resident (residing on Villages property) is eligible for a Villages Resident ID? As others have mentioned, it it just good business practice to advertise the local attractions when selling a home and the squares are local attractions.
