They use Villages hot spots for their sales pitch! “Just minutes to The Lighthouse in Sumter Landing” or nearby “Enjoy Spanish Springs…”. A different builder riding the coattails of the Developer.

Will this be a positive or negative for us? Is this even legal? Certainly not ethical.
Why would this be unethical? Smart advertising! Not illegal! Smart advertising.
