I listed both sites in my reply above. I think there's actually 2 pieces to your question though:
1)
the site itself - in which case I personally like the more professional looking layout of the For Rent By Owner one (
http://thevillages4rent.com/). In addition to being organized better, it gives you the ability to search.
2)
the vendors - this one again comes down to personal preference, I guess. The JD Management site (
http://thevillagesforrentbyowner.com/) is owned by that property management company which renters may prefer dealing with than the actual property owners.
