Default House for sale---No Bond
I purchased my house 12 years ago. It was built in 1997, I am thing about moving to an independent living home and can't take all my furniture or kitchen items. When I moved here the owner gave me a great deal on the house and furniture so I am willing to pass it on to the next owner. I do not have a realtor yet. All appliances and furnace were purchased in last 8 years except for hot water heater which is working fine.
