Totally agree, maybe I'm missing something, but how can it be illegal or in any way unethical to refer to any and all public stores, areas, landmarks, etc. near where homes are being built ???? How could it be illegal or unethical to mention your new homes are near the Sharon performing arts center or not far from the Orange Blossom Opry in Weirsdale, Florida ???? Seems many agents and builders would advertise the location was handy to things... only a short distance to a variety of nightly entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing, Brownwood, Spanish Springs, etc. Seems what most builders would advertise !
