Sort of. We don't pay for entertainment (we might soon). We don't pay for roads, sidewalks, curbs, or traffic lights, etc. The Square itself is owned by the Sumter Landing Community Development District, who rents it to the Developer for $25/night.

[Not to go down a deep rabbit hole, but .... I assume the Developer gets the "rent" from any businesses or vendors who do business in the Squares? Of course, the Developer also controls the Sumter Landing Community Development District, so it's no surprise he gets reasonable rent.]
