First order of business is agree there is a problem. Many refuse to do that.
Second, figure which technologies are needed and which are no longer needed. A little tougher since not all countries have the same level of technology available.
Third, dealing with different cultures and religions. This is tough for many reasons. Blind faith has no reason.
Not as easy as it might seem, with so many groups to satisfy, and so many who will need help, and so many power/control mad .... Best stop here and hope science will be able to show the powers that be that doing the
right thing is undeniably in their own best interest.
