I'll chime in and agree on the demeanor of Logan. In my case, the plants survived so I don't have the issue of the OP, but there was one minor point of contention we had in the process and the description of angry, belligerent and insulting are 100% in line with my experience. It's really too bad because in my case, the work and results were something with which I was happy, but I'm not able/willing to recommend them because of the customer facing obstacles he puts in his own way. There are just too many others to work with so I would steer clear.
