Or they got degree that’s has no jobs available at that present time (heck nowadays some can’t get job cause of their degree they chose?I knew several people in military through years when was in that had degrees and couldn’t get job or officer appointments so they came in as enlisted. At least they was gainfully employed and looking to broaden their skills till better opportunities came along. Couple even had master’s degrees. What I found majority had good comprehension skills but lacked mechanical skills from their brain to hands. But they could ace test.
