I am dumbfounded they change them out in January, they get frozen out most time then they have to replant the sprouts. When they had full bloomed and pretty flowers. ( guess that’s why you’re asking about uprooted ones?) You would think they would move schedule up month would be less changes of freeze out? But that’s way above my pay grade.
