Many of these young adults will want to have kids. Those kids are not, and should not, be welcome to live in this community. There aren't accommodations for them here, there aren't a lot of sidewalks, there is ONE playground just outside Sumter Square, people aren't allowed to put swingsets in their yards, and none of the amenities are available to under 19 EXCEPT for the family pools.
This is by design. It was built this way because this is NOT a family community. It's a senior community.

I thought those values went out in the 50s. So you think everyone can have children, or wants to have children? Many DINKS live very happily without children, which may or may not be their choice. Our Oldest and youngest are DINKS, Very happy with their life choices. The middle child has 3 children, which is now weighing heavily, since she has an inoperable brain tumor, with little time left.
So not everyone need’s children to complete their life, and sometimes their life can’t complete their children.
