To everyone here, Happy New Year.

I am going to go dump the sauerkraut in with the pork roast in a minute...and let it cook all day. I failed to serve herring on Christmas Eve and our oldest daughter broke her leg so badly that it required surgery. (I really don't believe that stuff, but ....)

So whatever your usual good luck meal is, please eat it and we will all look forward to a New Year like none we have seen, all together, enjoying our friendships and new adventures in peace, health, prosperity and happiness.

I do so like all of you and can't wait to return to TV....as soon as Gretchen begins to mend............
