I'm not a fan of super-spicy sauce. The roja they serve at the taqueria is hot enough, and I'm pretty sure it's no hotter than habanero, and probably more likely serrano. It's flavorful, and doesn't hurt my throat. I do have habanero sauce in the house, an in-law made it. Great stuff, I sometimes add a few drops to the meatloaf recipe.
