I agree homemade is best .....but don't forget the cilantro and garlic and Red onions. Like you said.....roasting everything on a grill sends it over the top.....my neighbors never believe I made the salsa from scratch. Someone is going to hate on the blender but chopped vegetables as a Mexican garnish is Pico de Gallo and not salsa.....blended homemade salsa beats anything you can buy and it's simple to make
