We're lucky to have Bruce Brown at District.org
For those who don't know, Bruce Brown is the Assistant District Manager.
I've had the occasion to deal with Mr. Brown a couple of times since I've been in The Villages.
For the last 40+ years, I've dealt with state and local officials all over New England, on a daily basis. 1000's of them through the years.
I've yet to meet anyone in government, more responsive, cooperative and professional, than Mr. Brown.
I had occasion to email him this morning, at 5:12 a.m. By 5:17 a.m., I had a substantive response This isn't an anomaly, this is the norm with Mr. Brown. Quite honestly, most everyone I've ever talked with at District.org, displays similar professionalism and responsiveness.
We all sometimes have our complaints about the way things operate in TV, but the staff at the District is head and shoulders above the norm. We're very lucky.
