We've lived in TV 4 years and are quite familiar with Landscaper issues here. We moved, last month to a new home in The Village of Bonita and had a small job that needed to be done. I just want to say that used Sunscape Landscaping, after talking to 3 other companies. I can't say enough good things about them. Their price was very fair (not the cheapest, but not the most expensive) and they showed up when they said they were going to, did what they promised, and never asked for one penney until the job was totally done and he was assured we were happy...what a concept, eh? UNLIKE other companies who need a deposit up front (to be able to buy the stuff they're using at your house!!) this company is financially stable enough to not need to use your money and they only get paid when they are done and the customer is totally happy. This, in itself, says a LOT about a company!! We will definitely be using them when we do more landscaping. We highly recommend them.

I should also add that when we first moved to TV 4 years ago, we lived in Liberty Park and hired a Landscaper who totally scammed us in terms of what to plant & what he'd do. He never came back to finish the job, took money from some of our neighbors and NEVER came back, wouldn't return phone calls...I later read in The Daily Sun that he was arrested and prosecuted for fraud, but that didn't help our neighbors who lost thousands of dollars.
