I was finally able to get ahold on Broan after my post, and they offered no help, said the hood & light were both discontinued, and the only option they offered was replacing the unit, which I will not due because of a light.

Since they provided no options, I will look for a replacement hood light that will fit the existing hole, I was reluctant to go this route as I will need to cut off the connector that comes on it, and splice in the connector from the old light so it connects to the existing hoods wiring
