I recently sent them a request for best tee information and they sent me this new data on driver distance tee determination. Could be new, never bought into the 7 iron theory as it is based on averages and not individual experience. I believe the driver length is more accurate.
In case anyone is wondering, the magic number is 28. Multiply YOUR average driver distance by 28 and that s the yardage you should be playing at. Never liked averages over individual experience.

The USGA Program is called the "Best Tees" system. That is the latest, up to date information from the USGA.
