Default Buyer beware of Robertos/Rafael
Not sure of the ins and outs of installs of LPV/Wood flooring so my issue may be different, but just a heads up to confirm all installation plans in writing prior to purchase. I had no idea that this would be a problem. I had carpet replaced in my home and there are two open areas where 13ft of seams have been visible from day one. I was told "this is normal". I have never seen this and the carpet that was removed never showed seams. It's quite frustrating that the old installation was better. Have no recourse or any idea how to fix. Ordered thru Robertos, installed by Rafael. Any suggestions or ideas how to fix (short of replacing) would be greatly appreciated.
