The side of their home faces the third green of Pimlico and the Belvedere Street. They put up a large glaring flood light that shines in our villa across the street. Why don't you try simply talking with these neighbors? Invite them over to see how bright it is for you. There's a good chance the problem will be eliminated without calling in the authorities and you might even make a new friend. Isn't that one of the things that make TV special?
