Someone will get to 44/Morse new Walmart by cart, legal or not. This afternoon a rental cart crossed 44 at BV, (pressed the walk button) then continued on the side of 44, Not sure how far they got, because WPD was right beside them on 44 with lights and short whoop whoop siren.
