Recently, we attended the Vicki Lawrence show at the Sharon in The Villages Florida. We were sitting in the lower mezzanine, where 50% of the audio was garbled. Many people sitting around us felt the same way.
After the show we voice our concerns to staff and they told us to contact the Villages Box office. Today the Box office sent me your email address as the contact to get ticket compensation / credit for the poor show audio quality.

The box office is open until 30 minutes into every performance at The Sharon. Patrons who wish to receive a refund up until that time may stop at the box office on their way out of the venue for the refund -- no phone required. We don't offer refunds and the option to still see the performance with which you're dissatisfied, which is why exiting the venue and then visiting the box office is the procedure in place.
