TOO many old people in Florida why give them out for 8 years. Could you imagine the the lines reaching around block at Miami, Jacksonville, Orlando elsewhere. Nothing stopping person to take examination and self cancel? But, only the other old bad drivers.

Besides only half population has drivers license anyway.
