I am finished thinking about starting with meal kits again. We used Sunbasket years ago, and I am now reminded of why we stopped. The prep time so often took longer than I thought it would/should — but that’s probably just me. Another reason was the shipments got ahead of us in some weeks when social things popped up to change dinner plans. (We got behind on the kits and then the guilt set in.) Also, now, most of them are looking silly expensive.
So? I am now using “Eating Well” where they have endless recipes on their site or page and have them organized according to what works for your own goal of protein, carbs, low calorie, vegetarian, etc. And the ingredient lists are short and easy to find.
I found 4 interesting recipes in just a few minutes this morning and will make a grocery list and try them and see which ones are keepers.
