My turn to vent.............There should be a special assessment for dog owners that congregate at mail facilities as if it is a doggy play area.
Lots of dead grass (recently replaced) and plants (also replaced). Unfortunately all of us cover the replacement of dead sod and plants through our ever rising fees. Have had kids, dogs and cats all of our lives and have treated public areas and private lawns with respect. Pets are like children, they know what they are taught and reflect the owners attitudes.
