I have helped a few neighbors with these. First, check the power supply, all the ones I have seen have a light (usually green) when the power supply is on and supplying power to the chair. The next item is the switches, I you are able you can swap switches, I have seen these fail. If can do both of these and the unit still does not work, then the motor unit has probably failed. The next trick will be to get to the bottom of the recliner to see the make and model number of the motor unit, an internet search (or Amazon) should get you to the exact same model unit. I would order a complete kit if available (power supply, switch and motor unit).

I do not carry parts in stock, but I should be able to disconnect the motor so the chair is back to upright position and then install the new parts when they arrive.
