I remember when I went out last year and there was no entertainment and they told me that it was too cold. I went from SS to LS and found no entertainment there either.

I would have to think that they ran a survey of how many people actually show up for the shows when the weather gets cold and figured that 47 degrees is when the attendance gets to a point where it is not worth paying the musicians to play since no one is there.

I guess they err on the side of caution. Think about the groups playing in this weather. It cannot be nice for them either.

I wish they would extend the temperature rule to the golf courses so we would not get points for below 47 degree weather.
