If vehicle, (golf cart, bicycle, ect… ) in diamond lane last time I read it can’t cut them off turning right. I remember it saying you must allow enough room for them not cross into you path or fall in behind with turn signal on taking the diamond lane so vehicle in diamond can pass on right till you make you’re turn. I also think anybody turning left has to yield unless they’re turning arrow. Maybe that what you said?
