Having already wasted 30 minutes on Chat with an agent, whose only "offer" was a plan costing $10 MORE than I was already paying, I don't have much faith in this plea being anything other than pure marketing so they can offer me TV and phone, too
Two things:
1) In order to get any sense from Xfinity you need to threaten to leave; and
2) Their left hand doesn't know what their right hand is up to.
