I know you are looking for a repair service and that is not me.

But I would ask some questions You mention that the motor stopped working. In my experience with my recliner, I found that there was no one motor as we normally think like a lawn mower etc. I found that each function of the recliner had what I will call an actuator. The actuator gets its signal from a controller or "Brain" and the Brain gets its direction from a switch or hand control. All of the preceding obtains their power from a Switching Power Supply plugged into the wall. And the wall outlet. My experience in chair failure includes failure of the Switching Power Supply due to a storm induced surge. This one was pretty simple. Electrical Storm, lights flickered etc., recliner no longer worked.
Next failure was a short causing no power getting to brain. Traced it down to a point were power wires entered through a support bracket.

I am not an electrician, but my gut would start looking at power issues first.
